This initiative began eleven years ago, as a result of the State Government’s aim of annually selecting the best of a new range of tourist services with a distinctly Mexican flavor, excellent facilities and professional service which, year after year, voluntarily submit to an exhaustive analysis and control of their premises, equipment, services and management. The 2011 Travelers’ Guide offers the Mexican and international market the seventeen establishments in Michoacán, ten hotels and seven restaurants that have exceeded the established quality standards. The Club’s hotels and restaurants and traveling companions have quality plans that guarantee the highest standards in hygiene and food preparation and the comfort of their premises, enhanced by top-rate personalized, professional service that takes care.
