Eat well and appreciate Mother Nature at the same time. This great idea is apparently achieved spontaneously with a day in the stylish dining room and pleasant terrace, giving onto the courtyard garden where the rooms are distributed since this is also a hotel. On the outskirts of bustling Uruapan, next to the National Park, the passion for local produce (avocado, trout, macadamia nuts ...) is evident on this menu with its obvious international inspiration accompanied by friendly professional service.

Tarascan Trout

One Chardonnay
Ingredients
4 rainbow trout (approximately 330 g each)
10 g salt
10 g white pepper
80 ml vegetable oil

Heat oil in a frying pan

Season trout with salt and pepper

Place in pan, skin side down

When fish is white, turn over and wait until it browns a little

Remove and coat with sauce

Cover with macadamia nuts
