Grilled Salmon
Level of difficulty: Medium
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Serves: 1
Sémillon white wine
Ingredients
250g salmon
200g spinach
30g onions
20g garlic
30g bacon
150ml whole cream
150g 4-cheese mix
70g colored peppers
150g potatoes
30g carrots
30g zucchini
30g broccoli
10g mustard
3g. salt 3 g
3g ground black pepper

Wash and disinfect vegetables

Cook salmon in a pan with salt and pepper, 7 minutes per side

SAUCE: pour whole cream with 4-cheese mix into a pan, heat until it thickens

Dice colored peppers finely and add to sauce
-
Fry onion, chopped garlic and bacon in small dice. Add spinach to the mixture and season.

ACCOMPANIMENTS: Cook potatoes, carrots, zucchini and broccoli. Once cooked and chopped, add mustard, salt and pepper and mix until smooth.
